Shipping Policy

We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. Each piece is packed carefully by hand to ensure it arrives safely. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Estimated delivery time after shipping is 4–7 business days via USPS Ground Advantage.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers once a package has been handed off. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at hello@flintandmarble.com and we will work to make it right.

We do not currently ship internationally.
