Refund policy

Each piece from Flint and Marble is handmade and one of a kind. We take care in packing every order, but if your piece arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@flintandmarble.com with a photo of the damage and we will make it right.

Because each piece is unique, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please review product descriptions and dimensions carefully before purchasing.
